Submissions Policy
Please register to submit a press release or news item for publication or a game for review. Press releases can be emailed to our "press at" address. Note that press releases may be ignored because we get so many and that THE ONLY way to get a review to register below and submit.
Developers can also post public news and announcements on the Bytten Facebook Group.
Game Submissions
Registered developers can submit news items or games for review.
We review downloadable Windows PC games and iPhone games only.
We do NOT review free games, flash/browser games, Facebook apps, adware or gambling casino games.
Submitted games should be FINAL FINISHED versions.
Once a review has been published the developer is added to the Bytten indie developer list, allowing the developer to display their product catalogue and short mission statement about their studio.
News and Press Releases
For news items for public release please register and use the submit news form and it will be published as written. To tell our writing staff about your game email press@bytten.com. We get lots of press release emails and so these are less likely to be read or acted upon than registering and submitting.
Utility Software Submissions
Email the edtior if you want to submit utility software for review.
Developer Resources
Email the edtior if you want to submit a developer resource. Resources must be applicable to games development or indie gaming and can include commercial services. Listings are free for the first year and $40 (USD) per year thereafter.
